Private covers prepared by dealers and collectors from begining. There were many special postmark issued by Bangladesh post office but no cover was prepared. Here are few image of private cover prepared after 1998. This is by no way a complete list but new finding will be added as and when found. If you have any covers not shown here, please let me know. In few images colour of paper differ for the same design. This is due to scanning different time. Shwon images are not in true size but shown here at 200 pixel width.

A cover commemoating visit of UN Secretary General Mr. KOFIA. ANNAN on 13th March, 2001. These cover were inkject computer printout.

COVER COMMEMORATING VISIT OF MR. BILL CLINTON FORMER PRESIDENT OF USA 2000

Bangladesh Post office did not issue post mark or anything else to commeroare historical one day visit of Honourable Mr. Bill Clinton, former president of USA to Bangladesh on 20th March 2000. Collectors prepare their own cachet to mark this day. And all found registered used. Here is example of 2. These cover were inkject computer printout.

Total 13 of this cover shown above prepared and used locally from Dhaka GPO, Dhaka Mail and sorting office (M&SO). Dhaka M&SO is the only post office open 365 days a year.

Official FDC issued by Bangladesh Post Office used on first day from Dhaka M&SO. A date post mark used beside First day cancellation. Cover printed by 4 colour offset printing process.

On 31st December the cover was mailed from Dhaka mail and sorting post office commemorating last day of year 1999. Printed & Distributed by The Media.

Private FDC Produced by foreign dealer . All FDC was with one value Tk. 4.-. Only a few prepared with set of 2. Cover printed by 4 colour offset printing process. total printed FDC was 6000 by The Media for IDEAL Stamps Company (USA).
