NEED BANGLADESH STAMPS?

It is time to collect now !

Due to increasing demand of Bangladesh stamps worldwide, as well as dealers/investors do not stock Bangladesh stamps, already many issues become difficult to find in good condition. Beside these, low quality control during storage by Bangladesh post office, almost all stock of stamps including previous issues in post office found with serious stain at gum side, which are no more collectible now.

Though Scott prices are low from market price for many items now, but considering scarcity of many issues specially issues after 1990 to 2000, expecting price change soon. We believe still our price is very reasonable and you will take advantage of these price before further rise of prices.

Many new collectors as well as one who stop collection due to unavailability of stamps and information may ask the question. Here you may find answer...
  • Only 36 years since independence in 1971 and it is still possible to complete a country collection at a reasonable price.

  • Errors and imperfs. are limited to 50 to 100 pcs. A few early definitive imperfs. were available in quantities up to 500, and are now rare. Essays and proofs are fewer in quantity and most are now in collectors hands.

  • Although there are a limited number of collectors in Bangladesh, there is a constant international demand for the material, especially topicals.

  • All printing is controlled by the post office. Imperfs and colour trials come from trial production in very limited quantities and are not sold at post office counters.

  • Due to the small quantities of imperfs/errors, many are considered rare within five years. A few have been listed in the SG and Michel Catalogues.
