Many new collectors as well as one who stop collection due to unavailability of stamps and information may ask the question. Here you may find answer...

Only 36 years since independence in 1971 and it is still possible to complete a country collection at a reasonable price.
Errors and imperfs. are limited to 50 to 100 pcs. A few early definitive imperfs. were available in quantities up to 500, and are now rare. Essays and proofs are fewer in quantity and most are now in collectors hands.
Although there are a limited number of collectors in Bangladesh, there is a constant international demand for the material, especially topicals.
All printing is controlled by the post office. Imperfs and colour trials come from trial production in very limited quantities and are not sold at post office counters.
Due to the small quantities of imperfs/errors, many are considered rare within five years. A few have been listed in the SG and Michel Catalogues.
