Sheet had 6 stamps printed for issue but finally stamp at left top corner cancelled. By tear off manually cancelled stamps from the sheet let issued in the format of 5 stamp sheetlet. The stamps sold at face value to collect fund by Bangladesh post office to help Flood victims in Bangladesh.

In unissed stamp, From left 2nd person is Mr. Fakhruddin Ahmed, The Chief Advisor, holding a white pices of cloths which contain relief materials for flood victims. This is the only stamps showing Fakhruddin Ahmed, The Chief Advisor.

Fakhruddin Ahmed, The Chief Advisor of the Caretaker Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh takes over as the Head of Government on 12th January 2007 for 90 days during transition between one elected government to another. However The general elections was held on 29 December 2008 under the the military-controlled interim government headed by Chief Adviser Dr. Fakhruddin Ahmed.The Chief Advisor heads an Advisory Committee comprising ten Advisors.The Chief Advisor has the powers roughly equivalent to those of the Prime Minister.

On September 13th, 2007 Bangladesh post office issue this sheet of 6 stamps and decided that all fund from this issue will given for flood victim peoples. The Chief Advisor Fakhruddin Ahmed was in programee and he issue this sheet. he was not saw the design before. During the programme when he saw his image in the left top stamp. He refuges to issue this sheet but instruct to separate this one stamps and issue the sheet of 5 stamps finally.Immediately all sheets was processes manually to make the sheetlet of 5 stamps. As collectors may confused with this process. Post office print a leaflets with image of sheetlet with 5 stamps and distributed among all post office for collectors and peoples.
